To preserve the beauty and quality of your Bobo Balloon, please follow these care instructions and terms.

Balloon Care

🐝 Room Temperature
Always keep your Bobo Balloon indoors at room temperature to maintain its quality and appearance.

🐝 Avoid Heat and Direct Sunlight
Keep your balloon away from direct sunlight, heat sources such as radiators and heaters, and sharp objects. High temperatures may cause the balloon to burst.

🐝 Avoid Extreme Temperatures
Do not leave your balloon in a car, garage or any environment that is excessively hot or cold. Cold temperatures may cause the balloon to shrink, which can distort the lettering. Always store your balloon at room temperature.

🐝 Keep Out of Reach of Children
Bobo Balloons are decorative items and are not intended for play. Balloons may pose a choking or suffocation hazard. Children must always be supervised around balloons.

🐝 Longevity
With proper care and storage at room temperature, your Bobo Balloon can remain in good condition for at least four weeks.

🐝 Islamic Considerations
If your balloon features the name of Allah, Qur’anic verses or hadith, we trust that it will be treated with the care and respect required in accordance with Islamic guidelines.

🐝 Quality Control
All balloons are prepared at least 48 hours before collection or dispatch and inspected for any visible imperfections. With proper care, they can remain in good condition for at least four weeks.

🐝 Damage & Liability
Honey Bee Balloons cannot be held liable for damage caused by dropping, impact, improper use or inadequate care of the balloon.

🐝 Shipping & Transport
Shipping is available. Balloons are carefully protected with bubble wrap and additional balloons to help minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, Honey Bee Balloons cannot be held liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

🐝 Tracking Your Delivery
Please monitor your tracking information closely and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Depending on the carrier, delivery may be attempted again on the following day if nobody is available. Additional handling and sorting during transit may increase the risk of damage.

🐝 Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched on business days within three days of being placed.

• The Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery usually takes 1–2 days after dispatch.
• Germany & France: Delivery may take up to 4-6 days.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. HoneyBee Balloons has no control over carrier delays, including delays at sorting facilities. You can follow your parcel using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

If you are dissatisfied with your balloon, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

🐝 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
