We offer shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

Each balloon is carefully protected with bubble wrap, surrounded by additional balloons and reinforced to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.

We recommend collection in Nijmegen to ensure you receive your balloon as quickly as possible.

Please note that, for standard shipping, delivery delays and transport damage may occur.

Insured Shipping
For an additional fee, you can choose insured shipping at checkout. If your balloon is lost in transit, you will receive either a replacement balloon or a full refund.

Your balloon will be dispatched within 3 business days of placing your order.

• The Netherlands & Belgium: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Germany & France: Approximately 4–6 days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary, as they depend on the shipping carrier. Delays, including those at sorting facilities, may extend delivery by an additional 4–6 days.

With proper care and when kept at room temperature, your balloon will remain beautiful for at least four weeks. With the right conditions and care, it can last even longer.

Did you know? With the right conditions, our Bobo balloons can last for months. Some balloons have even been preserved for up to two years!

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance for collection and 6 days in advance for shipping.

Please note that for orders requiring shipping and placed less than 6 days in advance, we cannot guarantee delivery on time.

Please keep your Bobo Balloon indoors at room temperature to maintain its quality and preserve its beautiful appearance.

Keep your balloon away from direct sunlight, heat sources such as radiators and heaters, and sharp objects. High temperatures may cause the balloon to burst.

We also recommend keeping your balloon away from air conditioning, as cold air may cause it to shrink.

Balloon orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. Please keep this in mind when placing your order on a Thursday or over the weekend.

We do not ship balloons when temperatures exceed 30°C, due to their delicate nature and sensitivity to heat.
